What We Do Not Accept for Return
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any products that have been unsealed, opened, and/or used. This applies regardless of the reason for return.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Eligibility Timeline: You must submit your refund or replacement request within 7 days of your confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted after this window cannot be processed.

Documentation Requirements for Damaged Items: If your product arrived damaged, please provide photographic or video documentation clearly showing the damage. This documentation helps us address shipping carrier issues and prevent future damage. Images or videos should show the packaging condition and the specific damage to the item.
What Happens Next
Processing Time: Once we receive your request and any required documentation, we will review your case within 3-5 business days and notify you of our decision via email.
Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Replacement Options: For approved replacements, we will either ship a replacement item at no cost or provide a full refund — you choose which option works best for you. Replacements are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of approval.
