FULLFILMENT + SHIPPING
With the exception of custom orders and pre-orders for sold out products or upcoming restocks, all orders are shipped within 3 business days from the date of purchase. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping method selected, and delivery location.
Standard shipping is free on all US domestic orders over $75. Shipping upgrades are available at checkout, subject to an additional charge paid for by the customer.
Shipping rates for international orders and domestic orders under $75 are calculated at a checkout and paid for by the customer.
Delivery times depend on delivery location and the shipment method selected. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.
Orders shipped within the continental U.S. generally take 5-7 business days to arrive when using USPS economy shipping, however upgraded shipping options are available for faster delivery.
International deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days to arrive and will depend on shipping option selected at checkout.

Yes, we ship all over the world! International orders are subject to shipping fees paid for by the customer. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, shipping destination, and carrier service selected.

International customers may be subject to additional duties and import taxes, typically when the value of goods exceeds their country's "de minimis" threshold or when specified by law. Such fees are the responsibility of the customer and generally collected at the time of customs clearance, before the goods are released for delivery.
To find out about import duties and taxes for a specific country, use an online tariff lookup tool like the Customs Info Database (Descartes) or the World Trade Organization (WTO) tariff data platform to lookup the six-digit Harmonized System (HS) code of the products being imported.
Generally speaking, the HS code for personal care products such as beauty creams and lotions, like those sold by the Gone Wild Co., is 3304.99.
You can also find this information on the destination country's official customs website, or by using a calculator from a shipping carrier like DHL or FedEx.
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order's shipment status and estimated delivery date through our AfterShip tracking page. To utilize this service, you will need the order number or the tracking number sent to the email address provided at checkout.

PRODUCT RETURNS
For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been unsealed, open, and/or used.
We do offer refunds and product replacements in the following situations:
Incorrect or Wrong Variant Items: You received a different item than what you ordered, or received the wrong size, color, or variant.
Damaged on Arrival: Your product arrived damaged or defective and cannot be used as intended.
