SUGGESTED USE & PAIRINGS

SUGGESTED USE: To use, boil 2 cups of water (distilled or filtered is best) & pour into a heat-safe bowl. Add 2 tbsp of Botanical Facial Steam blend inside a muslin cotton tea bag & steep in the bowl of just-boiled water for 1 minute (blend can also be added directly to water). Slowly lean your face over the bowl (12 inches from water), & cover your head & the bowl with a large towel to trap the steam. Steam face, eyes closed, for 5-10 minutes. Afterward, pat skin dry & apply your favorite moisturizer. *DETAILED INSTRUCTION CARD INCLUDED WITH ORDER. 

FREQUENCY: Use 1-2x weekly or whenever skin feels reactive. Gentle enough for regular maintenance steaming. 

NOTE: For very sensitive or compromised skin, start with shorter 5-minute sessions and increase gradually. The steam should feel soothing, never irritating.
