FREQUENCY:

Muscle & Joint Relief - Use 2-3 times daily or as needed for comfort. Perfect before and after physical activity.

***Important Product Note: May cause mild tingling upon initial application due to magnesium chloride - this is normal and indicates active absorption.

Skin Healing - For targeted expedited healing, use up to 2-3 times daily or as needed. For general skin maintenance, use 2-3 times a week or as desired. Suitable for daily use with proper precautions (see below).
